RESOLUTION 1:0. 73-•39
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian, !'fiver County, Florida,
did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending changes
and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Flor-
ida; and,
WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Man, he changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
described property, owned by Indian River Flying Service, Inc.,
situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
1. The North 400 feet of the South 440 feet of the East half
of Southeast quarter of Section 11-33-39, less the t,Test 230
feet thereof and less portion as described in Official Record
Book 100, page 828, Indian River County.
Be changed from M-1 Restricted Industrial District to B-1
Planned Business District.
2. The West 230 feet of the North 400 feet of the South 440 feet
of the East half of Southeast quarter of Section 11.-33-39, Indian
River County.
Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to P-1 Planned Business
District.
3. The East half of the Southeast quarter of Section 11-33-39,
less the South 440 feet thereof, and less the West 230 feet there-
of, and less the North 230 feet thereof lying South of existing
canal right-of-way, Indian River County Records.
Be changed from 11-1 Restricted Industrial.District to P-2 PTultinle
Family District.
4. The West 230 feet of the East half of the Southeast quarter
of Section 11-33-39, less the South 440 fret thereof; APTD ALSO
the North 230 feet of that part of the fast half of. the Southeast
quarter of Section 11-33-39, lying South Of existing canal right-
of-way.
Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-2 Multinle Family
District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
in said Zoning Regulation.
