WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Vlor-
ida, aid, after public hearing, make its final report recommend-
ing changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida; and,
WIIEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution,of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following '
described property }mown as Cavalier Estates, situated in Indian
River County, Florida, to -wit:
All of Blocks "A" through "H", Cavalier Estates, being a
Subdivision of the 1'.c t 30.49 acres of '.Tract 15, Section
21, 'Township 32 -South, Range 39 -last, as shown on plat of
Indian River Farms Company Recorded in flat Book 2, Page
25, St. Lucie County, Florida, and now situated in Indian
River County, Florida.

Single Family District.
