Home My WebLink About1973-059RESOLUTION NO. 73-5 WHEREAS, the Zoning commission of Indian River County, Flor- ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida; and, WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended changes and additions and did, pursuant there -to,' -Bold a public hear- ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following i -3 described property owned by William M. Benton, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: The North 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of section 3, Township 32 -South, Ranqe 39 -East; said land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. Be changed from C -JA restricted Commercial District and R-3 Multiple Dwelling District, to R--2 Multiple Family District. All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulation.
