WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of. Indian
River County has determined that because of the design and construction
materials used in the Country Club Point Subdivision's roads that use of
those roads by vehicles weighing in excess of five (5) tons will cause
deterioration and damage to the roads resulting in higher maintenance costs
to the County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
County Commissioners of Indian River County that in accordance with
Florida Statute 316, 202, vehicular traffic on the Country Club Point
Subdivision's roads as shown in Plat Book 4, pages 8, 11, and 60, Official

Records of Indian River County, Florida, shall be restricted to vehicles
weighing five (5) tons or less. The County Administrator is ordered
accordingly, to post signs at all street entrances to the Country Club
Point Subdivision.
