M!EREAS, this Poard did publish its notice of sai.ri recomrirndP0
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a nubli.c hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Fow, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning �!an, be charged as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Van be charged in order that the followi.rq

to point of beginning; thence, run Past 50.00 feet; therce,

From the Southwest corner of Section 28, Townshin 31 -South,
Range 39 -East, Indian River County, Florida, runT!orth along
said line 547.05 feet; thence, run Fast 22.0.00 feet to point
of beginning; thence, run Fast 50.00 feet; thence, run. Korth
125.00 feet; thence run blest 50.00 feet; thence, run South

Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-1 Single Family
District. '
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
in said 'Zoning Regulation.
