WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida,
did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending changes
and additions to the Zoning ordinance of Indian River County, Flor-
ida; and,
WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning ordinance of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Man, be changed as follows:
1. That the Zoning 1!ap be changed in order that the following
-?described Property owned by Steve L. Henderson and reorge II. Moss,
Bob Hofmann, as Trustee, situated in Indian River County, Plorida,
to -wit:
Tracts 9 and 16, Section 9, Townshin 33 -South, Panne 38 -
East, according to the last general plat of lands of the
Indian River Farms Comoany filed in the office of the ClerY
of the Circuit Court of 5t. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat
Book 2, page 25; said land now lying and },eing in Indian
River County, Florida.
Be changed from A -Agricultural District to LM -1 Light
Manufacturing District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
in said Zoning Regulation.
