WItEREAS, the zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida,
did, after public tearing, make its final r.eror.t recommending chi+ncTns
�Mlb and additions to the Zoninq Ordinance of Indian River County, Flor-
ida, and,
40'M WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommonde(I
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the 7.oninq Ordinance of Tndian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Toning Pap, be changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Hap he changed in order that the following
