WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River. County, Florida,
did, after public hearing, make its final report denying the following
r
changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
Florida, and
WHEREAS,..this Board did publish its notice of said requested
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
described property owned by Wellington Stevens, II, situated in
Indian. County, Florida, to -wit:
Lots 1 to 20 inclusive, Block 1; Lots 1 to 12 inclusive,
Block 2; Lots 1 to 12 inclusive, Block 3, all in GLORIA
GARDENS, according to the plat of said subdivision filed
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 5, page 33; said land
now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida
Be changed from C-lA Restricted Commercial District to
M-1. Restricted Industrial District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
in said Zoning Regulation.
