RESOLUTION NO. 74-3
WHEREAS, thn Toning of In(!Inn River County, Florida,
did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending changes
and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, rlor440
-
ida, and,
WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing .in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Toning Ordinance of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning flap, be changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
described property owned by Paramount Aquarium, Inc. represented by
Dr. George Kelley, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
That part of the South 1/2 of Tract 13, Section 35, Town-
ship 33 -South, Range 39 -Fast, less canal, according to
the last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms
Company, filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page
25, more particularly described as follows:
From the SW corner of Tract 13, Section 35, Township 33 -
South, Range 39 -East, run North a distance of 407.63';
thence run due Last a distance of 25.00' for the Point of
Beginning; thence run North a distance of 175.00'' thence
run East a distance of 647.5'; thence, run Tlorth and para-
llel with Emerson Avenue a distance of 137..62'; thence, run
East a distance of 647.50'; thence run south a distance of
615.2-3'; thence, run West a distance of 647.50'; thence, run
North a distance of 307.63'; thence, run West to the Point
of Beginning.
Be changed from C-1 Commercial District and R-1 Single ram-
ily District, to A -Agricultural District.
All. within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
in said Zoning Regulation.
