HomeMy WebLinkAbout1974-021RESOLUTION NO. 74-21 WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending changes and additions to the zoning ordinance of Indian River County, Florida; and, WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property owned by Raymond Widenham Hadley, Jr., Repre- sented by Jay A. Smith, Inc., situated in Indian River County, Flor- ida, to -wit: The South 250 feet of the North 1,000 feet of the West 5.•: acres of the East 15.4 acres of Tract 16, (less canal), Section 11, Township 33 -South, Range 38 -East, according to the last general plat of Indian River Farms Company filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida. Subject to easements and restrictions of record.. SUBJECT to an easement for ingress and egress over the East 30'feet of the above described property AND TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress over and across the East 30 feet of the West 5.4 acres of the East 15.4 acres of Tract 16, (less canal), Section 11, Township 33 -South, Range 38 -East, LESS the North 1,000 feet thereof. This easement runs with the land and is to be used in common with other owners and occupants of the West 5.4 acres of the Fast 15.4 acres of Tract 16, (less canal), Section 11, Township 33 - South, Range 38 -East. Be changed from A -Agricultural District to R -1E Country Estate District. All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ- ed in said Zoning Regulation. -25-
