SMITH, III Mr. Jack C. Jennings County Administrator Indian River County Courthouse Vero Beach, Ylorida 32960 Dear Jack: Upon behalf of Vero Beach Deauville, Inc., I hand you herewith a copy of a draft of a resolution of the Board of County Commissioners referred to as the Vero Beach Deauville, Inc., newer franchise. I am sending the original of this draft to the Clerk. I am sending a copy to the County Attorney. This draft is ver batim to the standard form of resolution establishing franchises which the county has been using for years, making only the changes necessitated by this corporation and this property and the fact that this franchise is for sewers, only. I would also specifically point out to all con- cerned that I did make an independent separate draft of Section XXII. I am asking Paul to look at this to see if he finds this language satisfactory. As you know, we are publishing the notice for the public hearing to he held May 6. I asked Lowell Lohman to check with your office to see': if your file was now complete showing that we had complied with all of the requirements. Sincerely )A Sherman N.
