(Whenever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives, and assigns
of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations, trusts and trustees)
Witnesseth, that said grantor, for and in consideration of the sum TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and
b to other good and valuable consideration to said grantor in hand paid by said grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby

drainage facilities, nor has heretofore ever been granted any right, title or interest in the following
described Right -Of -Way Reservations shown on the plat of Indian River Farms Company recorded
in Plat Book 2, page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, now lying and being in Indian
River County, Florida, as follows:
The South 30 feet of Tract 13, Section 3, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, less and excepting the
West 60 feet thereof, and,
The South 30 feet of Tract 14, Section 3, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, less and excepting the
East 30 feet thereof; and,
The North 30 feet of Tract 4, Section 10, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, less and excepting the
West 60 feet thereof; and,
The North 30 feet of Tract 3, Section 10, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, less and excepting the
East 30 feet thereof; and,
The South 30 feet of Tract 5, Section 10, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, less and excepting the
West 60 feet thereof; and
The South 30 feet of Tract 6, Section 10, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, less and excepting the
East 30 feet thereof; and,
The North 30 feet of Tract 12, Section 10, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, less and excepting
the West 60 feet thereof; and,

thereof lying within the West 100 feet of said Section 10; and,
The South 30 feet of Tract 14, Section 10, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, less and excepting
the East 30 feet thereof; and,
The North 30 feet of Tract 4, Section 15, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, less any portion thereof
lying within the West 100 feet of said Section 15; and,
The North 30 feet of Tract 3, Section 15, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, less the East 30 feet
thereof.
All of the above as shown on the plat of Indian River Farms Company Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 2, page 25,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida.
This conveyance is made in consideration of Grantee's representation and covenant that responsibility for drainage
conveyance and discharge into Grantor's primary drainage system is always subject to a permit from Grantor to be
applied for by Grantee and that application for permit is the responsibility of Grantee as is maintenance, use and
replacement of the same by Grantee at Grantee's expense. Should Grantee fail to provide adequate drainage to the
property conveyed hereby, then title to such property shall revert to Grantor.
