RESOLUTION NO. 87-24
A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN
EASEMENTS IN THE OCEANAIRE HEIGHTS
SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as
described below, and
WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves
no public purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
This release of easement is executed by Indian
River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State
of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero
Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Bruce 6 Ellen Jacobs,
whose mailing address is 9630 Riverview Drive, Sebastian, FL
32958, Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby abandon all right,
title, and interest that it may have in the following
described easements:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND
INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by
Commissioner Eggert seconded by Commissioner
Bowman
----------------, and adopted an the 10th day of
March, 1987, by the following vote:

The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution

EXHIBIT "A"
® The drainage and utility easement being the westerly 5 feet
of Lot 9 and the westerly 5 feet of the north 23.50 feet of
Lot S, Block C, Oceanaire Heights Subdivision Unit #1, as
recorded in Pl.atbook 3, Page 89, of the Public Records of
Indian River County, Florida.
