A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN
EASEMENTS IN THE ROSELAND GARDENS
SUBDIVISION, LOTS 3 AND 5, BLOCK 2
WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as
described below; and
WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves
no public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
This release of easement is executed by Indian
River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State
of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero
Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Tommy .R. Douberley and
Alice H. Douberley, whose mailing address is 7605 McKenzie,
Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby abandon all right,
title, and interest that it may have in the following
described easements:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND
INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by
Commissioner Eggert -----____� seconded by Commissioner
