HomeMy WebLinkAbout1987-078RESOLUTION NO. 87-78 A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE VERO LAKE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, LOTS 11, 12, 13, 1 AND 2, BLOCK D, UNIT H-4 WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below, and WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public purpose, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Harbour Management and Marketing, Inc., whose mailing address is 10725 U.S. #1, Sebastian, Florida 32958, Grantee, as follows: Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easements: SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commis- sioner Eggert , seconded by Commissioner Bird , and adopted on the 28th day of July , 1987, by the following vote: Commissioner Scurlock Aye Commissioner Bowman Aye Commissioner Bird Aye Commissioner Eggert Aye Commissioner Wheeler Aye The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this 28th , day of July 1987.
