This First Amendment and Renewal of Lease Agreement entered into this ) day of
N , 2022, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
Florida, "Landlord" and Ember Pappas "Tenant" do hereby agree as follows:
Paragraph 1 of the Lease Agreement dated March 17th, 2020, shall be amended to read: The
renewal term of the lease is for (6) six months. The term commences on September 1, 2022
and terminates on March 1, 2023.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Landlord and Tenant have executed this renewal agreement to
Lease effective the Commencement Date of September 1, 2022.
