RESOLUTION NO. 87-118
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, ADOPTING A FINAL BUDGET FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1987-88 FOR THE FEDERAL
REVENUE SHARING FUND.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County has held the necessary budget hearings as
provided by Florida law, has considered all expenditures set
forth in the budgets, and now deterines that adoption of the
budget is in the best interest of the citizens of Indian
River County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this
Board does hereby adopt the budget set forth in the
attachment to this resolution for the following fund:
FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND
The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner
__ fSLS t___—____ who moved its adoption. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Bird ____ ___ and, upon being put
to a vote, the vote was as follows:
Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye
Vice Chairman Margaret C. Bowman Aye
Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye
Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye
Commissioner Gary C. Wheeler Aye
The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly
passed and adopted this _1Sth_ day of September, 1987.
