COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN

Indian River County - by ONE -"A", BLOCK C, LOTS 10 AND 11
WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as
described below, and
WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves

no public purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
. This release of easement is executed by Indian
River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State
of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero
Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Marie G. Schuyler ,
whose mailing address is 2746 First Street
Vero Beach, FL 31.962
Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby abandon all right,
title, and interest that it may have in the following
described easements:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND
INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commis-
sioner Eggert , seconded by Commissioner
Wheeler , and adopted on the 22nd day of
December 1987, by the following vote:
