WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as
described below, and
WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves
no public purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
This release of easement is executed by Indian
River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State
of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero
Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Mickel Lee and Linda Lee
Rexford, their successors in interest, heirs and assigns,
whose mailing address is Post Office Box 650704, Vero Beach,
Florida 32965-0704, Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby abandon all .right,
title, and interest that it may have in the following
described easements:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND
INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commis-
sioner Eggert , seconded by Commissioner
Bird , and adopted on the 31st day of
May , 1988, by the following vote:
