The Initial owner and occupant of such facility will be Profold, Inc., a Florida corporation engaged In the manufacture of paper folding equipment. The proposed Industrial development revenue bonds will be payable solely from revenue to be derived by Indian River County from payments to be made by the facility owner under a flnanc- Ing agreement, or such agreements as the County shall approve, between the County and owner of the facility.
