Home My WebLink About1974-069.-q C RESOLUTION NO. 74-69 WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida; and, WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property owned by Alma Robertson, Represented by Edward Massey, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: Lots 6 and 7, Block 2, Cadenhead Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 21, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said land now lying and be- ing in Indian River County, Florida. Be changed from C-1 Commercial District, to R-1 Single Family District. All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ- ed in said Zoning Regulation.
