RESOLUTION NO. 74_33 M
WHEREAS, Hobart Landing Services Company has
requested certain rate increases, and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Public Hearing was duly
advertised according to law and a public hearing was held,
and,
WHEREAS, Hobart Landing Services Company has
submitted certain financial records indicating a need for
a rate increase,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
County Commissioners of Indian River County, that Hobart
Landing Services Company is authorized to make the follow-
ing charges for its services:
Water
Rate
First 3,000 gallons $4.00 per month
All over 3,000 gallons .55 per 1000 gallons
