OF TRANSPORTATION, Grantee: (wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all
the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the

of said Southwest One -Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 23, a distance of 50.00 feet to a point on the Northerly

line of the Northeast One -Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 26, a distance of 50.00 feet to the Beginning of the
New Limited Access Right of Way line of State Road 9 (I-95); thence North 89'52'13" West along said
New Limited Access Right of Way line of State Road 9 (I-95), a distance of 30.00 feet to the End of said
