WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor-

® ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend-
ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
® = County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow-
ing property owned by Henry Fischer, et al, John L. Ashby, Co -Owner,
situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
The NE 1/4 of SW 1/4; SW 1/4 of SW 1/4; and SE 1/4 of SW 1/4,
less one acre to the Board of Public Instruction; all in Sec-
tion 14, Township 31 -South, Range 38 -East; AND
SE 1/4 of NW 1/4; S 1/2 of NE 1/4 of NW 1/4; NW 1/4 of NE 1/4
of NW 1/4; AND all of the NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 except that part
lying West of the'river and South of ,he County road, and
except that part of the S 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4
lying Fast of the river; all in Section 23, Township 31 -
South, Range 38 -East; also except rights-of-way of Fellsmere
Railroad and State Highway No. 512;
All of said land lying and being in Indian River County, Flor-
ida.
LESS AND EXCEPTING that certain property owned by Stanley W.
Smith and Worth Smith, as shown in that certain Final Decree,
recorded in Official Record Book 259, page 453, public re-
cords of Indian River County, Florida, described as follows:
That part of the S 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, Section
23, Township 31 -South, Range 38 -East, lying East of the
Sebastian River, all of the same lying and being in Indian
River County, Florida; AND ALSO
That part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, Section 23, Township
31 -South, Range 38 -East, lying East of the Sebastian River,
except that part lying North of State Road No. 512, in Indian
River County, Florida.
Be changed from A -Agricultural District, to R-lE Country
Estate District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ-
ed in said Zoning Regulation.
