:ESOLUTION NO. 75-71
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor-
ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend -
Ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommend-
ed changes and additions and dial, pursuant thereto, hold a public
hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and
citizens were heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow-
-Jing property owned by individuals in the COLORED SCHOOL SUBDIVISION,
situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
Lots 5 - 16, Block 1; Lots 1 - 10, Block 4; Lots 1 - 10,
Block 7, all lying in COLORED SCHOOL SUBDIVISION, Plat
Book 2, page 52, Indian River County, Florida;
ALSO INCLUDE:
Beginning at the NW corner of NE 1/4 of Section 32, Town-
ship 31 -South, Range 39 -East, run East 565 feet; thence
South 360 feet; thence East 100 feet; thence South 300
feet; thence West 665 feet; thence North 660 feet to point
of beginning.
Be changed from C-1 Commercial District, to R-1 Single
Family District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and de-
scribed in said Zoning Regulation.
