HomeMy WebLinkAbout1976-019RESOLUTION NO. 76-19 WHEREAS, between April 2, 1958 and June 3, 1971, Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, required General Development Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, to provide said County with certain Performance Bonds on property descrbed as: VERO BEACH HIGHLANDS, Units No. 2, 3, 4 and 5 and VERO SHORES, Units No. 1 and WHEREAS, said Performance Bonds were for the guarantee of completion of certain Subdivision improvements on the above described property, said Bonds being null and void upon the said completion of the Subdivision improvements; and WHEREAS, as of the date of this Resolution all of the requirements for completion as described in said Bonds have been fulfilled; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, that those certain Performance Bonds as pertaining to: VERO BEACH HIGHLANDS, Units No. 2, 3, 4 and 5 and VERO SIIORES, Units No. 1 provided to said County by General Development Corporation, a Delaware Corportaion, and the Surety Companies described in said Bonds shall be released from the obligations as described in the Bonds themselves. ************ Such Resolution shall become effective as of the 24th day of March , 1976.
