RESOLUTION NO. 77 r 1
WHEREAS, DON C. SCURLOCK, JR., was appointed
by thc- Loard of County Commissioners of I-idian River County,
Flori^da to serve oil the Indian River County Board of. Zoning
�J Adjutmert on Pebr-uar.y 7, 1.973; and

WHEREAS, during his tenure on the Indian River
}� County Board of Zoning Adjustment, DON C. SCURLOCK, JR.
served with distinction and evidenced compassion for the
cases appearing before the Board; and
WHEREAS, DON C. SCURLOCK, JR, served as Chair-
man of the Indian River County Board of Zoning Adjustment
�^ prior to his resignation which was accepted as of December.

>--) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUPTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUIPY, FLOR7DP- Thor
%d the Board, on behalf of the citizens of Indian River County,
desires to recognize DON C. SCURLOCK, JR. for his diligent
efforts and capable: leadership evidenced by DON C. SCUkLfi(.K,
JR. during his tenure as a member and Chairman of the Indian
River County Board of Zoning Adjustment; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUN'.PY, FLORIDA extends its
congratulations to DON C. SCURLOCK, JR. and vi.shes him well
in his new leadership role - as a City Councilman Lor the
City of Vero Beach, Florida.
