DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS . - January 18, 1977
Mr. Jack G. Jennings
County Administrator
Indian River County
County Courthouse
Vero Beach, Florida 32960
Subject: Fill dirt from sanitary landfill
on Airport property
Dear Jack:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation of January 18,
1977, we request:
That the County allow the City to haul what
would be considered surplus fill from the
sanitary landfill. This would be used to
fill in on an unopened city street R/W where
some unknown person, apparently in the distant
past, borrowed fill dirt from this City R/W.
We do not know the quantity but would guess
from 500 to 1000 cubic yards.
If this can be done without any problems to your opera-
tions and plans.
