WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, have been requested to release the
I
easements lying on either side of the side lot lines of Lots
11 and 12, Block B, Unit 3, OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION, as recorded
i
in Plat Book 4, at page 19, of the public records of Indian
River County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, said 5 foot side lot line easements were dedi-
cated on the Plat of said OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION for public utility
I� and drainage purposes; and,

II WHEREAS, the request for such release for easement has
been submitted in proper form;

jI NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
II COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following
side lot line easements in OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION shall be released,
abandoned and vacated as follows:
i All easements for public utilities for drainage
of, upon and across the west.5 feet of Lot 12
and the east 5 feet of Lot 11, Block B, Unit
No. 3, OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION as per the Plat
thereof in Plat Book 4, at page 19, of the pub- I
lic records of Indian River County, Florida; I
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board

Of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be,
I'
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute a release
I I �
of said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper
for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River
County, Florida.
