WHEREAS, Indian River County is anxious to continue
its road building program within the County; and
WHEREAS, Ranch Road from Barber Avenue to North Winter
Beach Road, under Budget Item No. 425350, is a prime concern
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That the
Department of Transportation is hereby authorized to pursue
Federal aid for right-of-way acquisition and construction
of Ranch Road (State Road 609) from Barber Avenue to the
North Winter Beach Road, under Budget Item No. 425350.

This Resolution shall become effective as of the 27th
day of September , 1977.
