jWHEREAS, Indian River County has been requested by

40 the Department of Adminstration, State of Florida, State
Energy Director, to appoint a Fuel Allocation Officer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That NEIL
NELSON, Assistant County Administrator for Indian River
County, Florida, is hereby appointed as the Indian River
County Fuel Allocation Officer; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That NEIL NELSON shall assume
all obligations and responsibilities that go with the
appointment.

This Resolution shall. become effective as of the 2nd
day of November , 1977.
