BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That the Application by Mid -Florida
Utilities, Inc., dated April 15, 1977, for a rate increase is
denied based on the testimony as heard by the Board of County
Commissioners and the reasons as stated by the Board and set out
in the minutes of the Fleeting on the 19th day of September, 1977
and in the minutes of the Meeting on the 19th day of October,
1977.
This Resolution adopted on the 2nd day of November, 1977.
