HomeMy WebLinkAbout1977-123RESOLUTION NO. 77- 123 WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida passed Resolution 77-110 providing for the issuance of not to exceed $1,815,000.00 Solid Waste Disposal System Revenue Bonds, Series 1977; and WHEREAS, Resolution 77-110 required the adoption of rates to be charged at the Solid Waste Disposal site sufficient to meet the debt retirement requirements of: the Solid Waste Disposal System Revenue Bonds; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, PLORIDA, That the following fixed fees and tonnage charges are adopted pursuant to the requirements of Indian River County Resolution 77-110: l.. FIY,F.D FEES: Regular Pee Uncovered Pee_ * Family vehicles: Automobiles, Station Wagons $ 0.50 1/)ad $ 1.00 Load Pickups, Family Type Vans, Station Wagons, without seats, all Trailers not exceeding 6 -feet by 8- feet $ 1.50 Load $ 3.00 Load Small Dead Animals (Do(Is, Cats, Fowl, etc.). $ 5.00 $ 10.00 2. TONNAGE CHARGES Mixed Bulk Refuse: Garbage, rubbish, trees, and yard trash including bulky waste, large animals and any liquids or any mixture of these constituents which can be handled and disposed without special landfill pro- cedures $ 9.00 $ 1.8.00 Demolition and Construction Wastes: Waste building materials, packaging and rubble result- ing from construction, re- modeling, repair and demolition operations on pavements, houses, commercial buildings or other structures $ 6.00 $ 12.00 Tires: $ 20.00 $ 40.00 * Uncovered loads, untied loads or those causing littering will be charged double rate for disposal. * Minimum Charge: $2.00 (unless otherwise specified). ********************* Said Resolution shall become effective as of the lst day of February , 1978, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, /FLORIDA By qKA& 4,j 0— W �. .
