RATE INCREASE AS ADVERTISED TO INDIAN RIVER SANITATION SERVICE,
RESOLUTION NO. 77-124
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 75-63,
Indian River Sanitation Service Franchise, as amended, is
hereby amended solely as to Section 11, changing the residential
rate from $4.25 to $6.00 per month, leaving all other aspects
of Section ].l .in Resolution No. 75-63 unchanged and in full
force and effect. The above stated rate increase shall be
effective February 1, 1978.
