THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION N0, 77-17.5 GRANTING THE RATE
INCREASE AS ADVERTISED TO RURAL SANITATION SERVICE,
RESOLUTION NO. 77-125
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COhbIISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COU WY, FLORIDA, that Resolutions No. 61-19 and
69-68, Rural. Sanitation Service Franchise, as amended, are
hereby amended sol.el.y as to Section 11, changing the residential
rate from $4.25 to $6.00 per month, leaving all other aspects
of Section 1.1 it) Resolutions No. 61-19 and 69-68 unchanged aril
in full force and effect. The above stated rate increase shall
be effective February 1, 1.978.
