BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That pursuant to Section 27,
sub -sections (a) and (b), Indian River. County Ordinance
71-3, the following information will be required to accompany
the Petition filed by any owner or owner's authorized agent
who requests a zoning change or amendment:
1. A sealed survey prepared by a licensed surveyor
or engineer, which survey shall contain the exact
legal description for property requested to be rezoned.
2. A title policy or attorney's opinion evidencing
fee ownership of the property whish is requested to
be rezoned.
3. All authorized agents representing fee title holders
shall establish authority to represent the fee owner by
written statement executed by the fee owner, and duly
notarized.

Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 5th
day of April , 1978.
