BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That FRITZ GIERHART is hereby
appointed to serve as a Member on the Marine Island Advisory
Commission. This appointment is subject to the will of the
Board of County Commissioners.

Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 5th
day of April , 1_978.
