WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, rlorida have been requested to release the side lot line
easements on either side of the side lot line between Lots 5 and.
6, of Block 10, KING'S HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Dook 4, page 90, of the Public Records of
Indian River County, Florida; and
WE1FREA S, said side lot cascm cnts were dedicated on the Plat of:
