HomeMy WebLinkAbout1978-040RESOLUTION N0. 78-40 F WHEREAS, FIRST CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE, INC., and DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD OF THE FLORIDA DISTRICT, CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE, did petition the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, requesting said Board to adopt a Resolution to vacate, abandon, discontinue and close certain public streets and roads as hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held by said Board on May 10, 1978, pursuant to Notice thereof duly published in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in Indian River County, which said Publication was had two weeks prior to thy public hearintj as required by law; and WE1E:1,E;AS, the Board of Count;: C'omnissioners has duly considered the same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RF:S01,VE:D that this Board does find and determine the foli.owinj: 1.
