WHEREAS, on the 19th day of April, 1978, INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY adopted Resolution No. 78-38 approving submission
of the pre -application for the COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT for 1978-1979, subsequent to a properly noticed public
hearing, and
WHEREAS, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY has advertised for a
second public hearing, Which has held this 10th day of Nay,
1978;
