RESOLUTION NO. 78-49
AMENDING RESOLVION 140. 75-66 AND NO. 76-1
WHEREAS, the Board of County Conxilesioners of Indian River
County, Florida has on October 8, 1475 adopted Resolution No. 75-66
known as the"Custormr Service, Inc. Sewver. and Water Franchise,"
granting a water and sexer franchise to Customer Service, Inc., a
Florida Corporation and has enlarged said franchise service area
in Resolution No. 76-1 and
WHEREAS the Board of County Ce - tsatoners of Indian River
County, Florida his received a request in vriting from, Custotrr_r
Servir.e, Tnc, for an tncr^ase in the hater Hoo'..up and Connection
Charge from $400.00 to 51,000.00, and
WHF,R:EAS, after public nrticr and public hearing, the. Board
of County Commissioners ftnd3 the requested increase to be
feasible and in the public interest and that Section H, of the
"Customer Service, Inc. Sewr and Yater franchise" should be
amended accordingly.,
