WHEREAS, TERRENCE D. MARR was appointed by the Board
Of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, on

September 21, 1977, to serve as a Board Member on the Economic
Opportunities Council; and

WHEREAS, TERRENCE D. MARR served very capably as Chairman
of the Economic Opportunities Council Board from October, 1977
until June 21, 1978; and
WHEREAS, TERRENCE D. MARR, effective June 21, 1978, sub-
mitted his resignation as Board Member and Chairman of the
Economic Opportunities Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That on behalf
Of itself and the citizenry of Indian River County, Florida,
wishes to thank TERRENCE D. MARR for capably serving both as
I
a Board Member and as Chai.rn.an of the Economic Opportunities
Council;, and
BE IT FARTHER RESOLVED, THAT THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS desires to wish TERRENCE D. !CARR great success
in his future endeavors and thanks him for hi> total service
to Indian River County, both as a citizen, M—th*_,r of the
Economic Opportunities Council Board and in his c::anracity
with the Y.M.C.A.
