WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, has been requested to release the ;tide lot line
casemeut;a on Lots 7, 8, 9,.10, 11, 1.2, 13, 14, 15 and 16, in Block
H of OSLO PARK, according to the Plat thereof filed in the office
of the Clerk of. the Circuit Court of Indian fiver County, Florida,
