Of the State of Florida and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY HOSPITAL. DISTRICT,
_ a special taxing district organized by the Legislature of the

State of Florida, have entered into a Contract For Sale and Pur- i
I
chase slated June 21, 1978 for the sale of the hospital building sit -
•• uate at 1840 -25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, together with !
certain surrounding real property, and
WHEREAS, the Contract For Sale provides for certain deeds
and bills of sale to be executed by the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY HOSPITAL.
DISTRICT, and
WHEREAS, the Contract For Sale provides for the transfer
of and assumption by INDIAN RIVER COUNTY of all regaining ob.l.i.gn-
tions of that certain bond issue described as $7110,000.00 Indian
River County, Florida, Hospital Bond,% (1959) issued by Indian River
County pursuant to Chapter 155, Florida Statutes, and
WHEREAS, the Contract Fr�r Sale provides for the transfer
to INDIAN RIVER COU`iT'i of the A, I nkfng fund reserve account, 1959,
hospital bond issue balance pr-,sentl'y held at the Florida First
National Bank at. Vero Beach in the amount of $54,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN EJ1VER COUnTY, FLORIDA, .aa follows:
1.

Commissioners of Indfan River County. Florida are authorized to
accept, on behalf of INDIAN RIVER COUITY, all deeds, bilis of
sale, and other appropriate doc-as'aents necessary to transfer
title to the renal and personal property s:hich is the subject of
the Contract For Sale and Purchase r.•ful-red to above, to INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY.
2. That the Chairman and Clerk of the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County are authorized to execute, on
behalf of INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, all documents necessary and appropriate

to assume the $750,000.00 Indian Inver County, Florida, Hospital
Bonds (1.959) Issue and all obligations and liabilities thereunder.
3. That the balance in the sinking fund reserve account
of the $750„000.00 Indian River County, Florida, Hospital Bond::
(1959) Issue presently held at the Florida First National Bank at
Vero Beach in the amount of $54,000.00, presently under the name
of the Indian River County Hospital Uistrict be paid over and
transferred to an account or accounts In the name of INDIAN RIVFR
COUNTY or cash accounts under such authority for withdrawal as may
be designated by Indian River County.
4. That the Chairman and Clerk of the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, are authorized to
execute, on behalf of INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, Such other agreements
and documents necesaary to consurmate the above referred trans-
action.
