WHEREAS, all acts have been performed and all proceedings
have been carried out as required by law preliminary to the
Board of County Commissioners establishing a millage rate for
the Indian River County Health Department operated by the
State Board of Health;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That there
shall be and is hereby levied upon all of the real and
personal taxable property in Indian River County, Florida, for
the year 1978, the tax of .13730 mills or 1.3.73 cents
per thousand dollars to be used in carrying out the purposes
of the .Indian River County Health Department operated by the
State Board of Health.

day of Septemh--r , 1978.
