THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
FLORIDA, on behalf of THE SOUTH INDIAN RIVER COUNTY WATER
MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING UNIT adopted pursuant to Indian River
County Ordinance 76-26, has held a public hearing on the 28th
day of. September, 1978; and
WHEREAS, the Board must establish millages;

t NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that said
Board hereby sets the village rate for said District at
.75 mills or 75 cents per thousand dollars of taxable value.
This Resolution shall become effective as of the � $
day of , 1978.
