THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER
• COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of THE SOUTH INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY WATER MUNICIPAL SERVICE TARING UNIT adopted
pursuant to Indian River County Ordinance 76-26,
after holding public hearings; and
WHEREAS, the Board rust establish nillages;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that said
Board hereby sets the nillage rate for said District at
.25 mills or 25 cent,, per thousand dollar, of taxable value.

This Resolution ;hall become effective as of the 4th
day of October, 1972,
