BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That the COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM for the year 1976-1977 known as Applica�-ion
No. B -76 -DN -12-0012 is amended to reduce Line Item No. 5,
Rehabilitative Loans and Grants, by TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($25,000.00) and said TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00)
transferred to Line Item No. 2, Public Works Facilities and Site
Improvements increasing said budgeted Item to ONE HUNDRED THIRTY
FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($135,000.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this Resolution is to apply
retroactively to the period covered by the expenditures under
the budget.
