Be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
Florida, that the Chairman is authorized to execute on behalf of Indian River
County, a License Agreement with the Florida East Coast Railway Company for a
subgrade twelve (12) inch water main crossing of Railway's right of way and under
its tracks on the south side of 49th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, said water main
to be encased according to engineering specifications and to be located under the
railroad track centerline at a point 2,216 feet south of Milepost No. 224, as
measured from Jacksonville, Florida,
This Resolution shall become effective as of the 10th day of January
1979.
