BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That the GIFFORD WATER AND
SEWER ADVISORY COMMITTEE includes a Representative from
Southeast Gifford, i.e., W. E. Geoffrey Subdivision; and that
the Representative of the now extinct U.D.U. System be replaced
by the Southeast Gifford Representative; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That BEULAH DUPREE is designated
as the Representative from Southeast Gifford, i.e., W. E.
Geoffrey Subdivision, and ARTHUR J. HARRIS is designated as
the Alternate Representative.
Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 10th
day of January , 1979.
